CFHC Board of Directors

The Board of Directors defines the strategic directions and values of CFHC. The Board is dedicated to advancing the mission and strategic vision of CFHC. Members work on the Balanced Score Card and Strategic Themes, evaluating progress toward achieving its stated goals and obejectives.

The Board of Directors receives, examines and analyzes the annual CFHC budget and quarterly fiscal position of CFHC; affirms funds requested; and confers with the independent auditor as needed.

Comprised of a minimum of thirteen (13) and a maximum of sixteen (16) members, the Board of Directors hires and evaluates the performance of the President/CEO.
