Executive

The Executive Division Unit is responsible for strategic planning and development as well as for the overall management of the CFHC system. Executive staff supports and participates in the activities and deliberations of the Board of Directors, committees and task forces and implements board action and directives.

The Executive Division plays a leadership role in working to achieve the strategic plans and policies of the CFHC organization as established by the Board of Directors. The Division includes the President & CEO, who works closely with the CFHC Board of Directors and the management team, comprised of the heads of each division, to ensure that all major business and policy decisions are made in keeping with the mission and goals of the organization. Executive staff provides administrative support to the Board and its committees which oversee and guide the strategic directions of the CFHC organization.

While the President & CEO has the overall primary leadership role in the CFHC organization, the day-to-day management of internal operations is handled by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Operations Division. The Executive Division's current focus is strengthening and expanding the external relationships of CFHC. The President & CEO serves as the primary spokesperson for CFHC, interfacing with the private and public sectors of the community at the local, state, and national levels. The President & CEO also acts as the representative of CFHC in various groups and coalitions, thus enhancing and expanding opportunities for future strategic partnerships and alliances.
