The CDC recently presented the results from an analysis which examined a nationally representative sample of 14-19 year-old females to estimate the prevalence of the most common sexually transmitted infections. The prevalence of STIs among the entire study group was 26 percent -- that is, 1 out of 4 teenage girls had an STI. [Continue]
