About the Samples File
The Samples File is compiled by the Clinical & Community Health Programs Division of the California Family Health Council Inc. (CFHC). Some of the materials have been developed by CFHC while other materials have been developed by CFHC-funded agencies.
These agencies or organizations have agreed to make them available to Title X funded agencies either at no cost or for a nominal fee. They may need to be modified to include specific philosophical issues and additional information unique to an agency. If the material is not available for download, make note of the contact information in order to acquire copies of the materials.
CFHC is not responsible for third-party content.
