The Samples File is compiled by the Clinical & Commmunity Health Programs Division of the California Family Health Council Inc. (CFHC). Some of the materials have been developed by CFHC while other materials have been developed by CFHC-funded agencies. These agencies or organizations have agreed to make them available to Title X funded agencies either at no cost or for a nominal fee. They may need to be modified to include specific philosophical issues and additional information unique to an agency.
