Chlamydia Education

Chlamydia is the nation's most common reportable sexually transmitted disease (STD) affecting about 3 million people annually - most of whom show no symptoms. CFHC's Infertility Prevention Project is partnered with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to lower the incidence of STDs in California through outreach, education, and the collection of clinical data from our agencies.

The award-winning outreach program, the Pro EC Initiative, increases awareness of Emergency Contraception among providers and patients as a second chance to prevent unplanned pregnancy. Materials are free to California providers, but everyone can use our downloadable postcards and videos.
