Mark Your Event a Success
The I&E Division will provide a comprehensive needs assessment to your agency, using surveys, focus groups, and key informant interviews. Once your goals and objectives are set, I&E will:
- Develop content! Coordinate the recruiting of speakers and exhibitors.
- Choose the site! Negotiate contracts for space and food.
- Advertise strategically! Develop, print, and distribute announcements and registration brochures.
- Make registration easy! Collect fees, send confirmation letters, and handle check-in.
- Find out how it went! Administer evaluations and participant feedback surveys.
