The Cooperative Program has been in existence since 1992 and assists agencies in managing their higher cost/usage products and services. The Cooperative membership numbers approximately 600 agencies with 2,000 clinic sites across the country. These agencies are a diverse group comprised of state, county, multi-site and single site non-profit facilities. The majority of the client base is 100%-250% below the federal poverty level and agencies include an educational component in their program which covers informed consent and basic family planning information.
