CFHC Research also implements statewide population surveys to assess health care trends and community surveillance programs to monitor STD prevalence. Evaluations of experimental projects such as incentive programs to reduce teen pregnancy, mobile and non-traditional family planning centers, and school-based health education programs identify successful strategies that merit replication.
Sponsors of CFHC research include the National Institutes of Health, the State Office of Family Planning, Family Health International, various clinical research organizations, and major biotechnology and pharmaceutical corporations.
