This process is to be concluded by May 23rd and the readers will discuss each application based on the published scoring instrument. All applicants will be contacted shortly thereafter, and total awards may need to be negotiated.
Awards will be announced in the first week of June 2008 and agencies will be given written notice. New agency contracts will be finalized pending successful site evaluation. Site Evaluations will include administrative, clinical and fiscal reviews.
Site visits will be scheduled for those applicants new to CFHC and Title X. An advance package for the site visit will be forwarded to the agency contact by a staff. Current Delegate Agencies applying for new sites will also have site visits. Communication will be directed to each applicant and this site will be closed after May 16th.
