All applicants MUST submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to apply in order to gain access to the application on the CFHC website.
A hard copy of the completed NOI with an original signature must be received at CFHC by 5:00pm, March 11, 2010 at the address listed below.
Note that FedEx, UPS, or other certified overnight delivery service which guarantees delivery by 5:00pm, March 11, 2010 is recommended.
No late, faxed or e-mailed NOI’s will be accepted for consideration of funding.

CFHC strongly encourages you to attend one of the Bidders Conference sessions. As both the application and budget will be reviewed, CFHC recommends that you send a finance staff person as well as a program/administrative staff person to the conference.
There is a limit of three attendees per agency.
There will be five Bidders Conferences sessions to choose from, two in Los Angeles, one in Sacramento, and two online webinars.

Confirmation letters and correspondence for the face to face and webinar conferences will be delivered via e-mail.
CFHC will provide reasonable accommodation to a prospective applicant with a hearing or other impairment who needs assistance to attend the Bidders Conference. Please note any request on the NOI in the space provided or email with any changes to your request.
CFHC may be able to provide translation services to a prospective applicant if required for the individual’s participation in the Bidders Conference. Please note any request for translation service in a language other than English on the NOI in the space provided or email with any changes to your request.Questions submitted to refundingfaq@cfhc.org by April 8th, 2010 will be answered at each of the scheduled Bidders Conferences.
